3 or 4 medium bananas
3 large eggs
10 whole walnuts
1 tablespoon vanilla paste/extract
2 tablespoon Argave Nectar
¼ cup coconut oil
1 cups almond flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon smoked sea salt
1 teaspoon GF Baking Soda
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
It doesn’t get any more simple than this, put all of the above into a blender (I use my nutri-bullet for this) and then whizz this together for 2-3 minutes until this is all blended together well.
Then put this into a loaf tin, i suggest getting them amazing paper liners for your tin so you can just pop the loaf out and not have to oil the tin!
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve this solo, with honey or Almond butter. Cup of Green tea. Feet up. HEAVEN.
Tip – sometimes I also use this recipe but put this into muffin cases and bake in a muffin tray, it makes around 12 muffins and you only need to bake them for 20 minutes.
